🖼️ All artwork is beautifully framed by Artfully Framed, and 100% of the proceeds benefit The Animal Welfare Alliance of SEMO.
ABOUT THE EVENT
Each year, artists of all ages use their talents to create 5x7 artworks to be custom framed by Artfully Framed and auctioned off during our charity event. All of the proceeds from artist donations and auction sales are given to the Animal Welfare Alliance of Southeast Missouri.
ABOUT THE CHARITY
The purpose of the Poplar Bluff-based Animal Welfare Alliance is to foster a spirit of cooperation among all public and private animal care organizations and agencies in the area, to encourage and support the adoption, neutering and spaying of pets and to seek shelter for abandoned animals.
They just celebrated their three year anniversary at their brick and mortar location and are excited to announce a Building Fund Capital Campaign, aimed at raising $300,000 to pay off the building they have been renting. As they enter the fourth year of operations at the shelter, they have the incredible opportunity to secure a permanent home for the Animal Welfare Alliance. This endeavor will not only provide them with a stable foundation for their operations but also ensure the sustainability and growth of their organization for years to come.
GALLERY VIEWING (July 5 - 25)
Once all of the framing and processing is finished, all works of art will be displayed at the Margaret Harwell Art Museum during the remainder of the event dates. You can stop by anytime during their hours of operation to view each piece in person. We will be hosting a “Tail End” closing reception on the 26th from 6-8 at the museum. There, you can be among fellow bidders and artists as we countdown the end of the online auction and collect our winnings in person.
ONLINE AUCTION (July 12 - 25) https://new.biddingowl.com/artforanimals
Once the online auction starts, you can register as a bidder through biddingowl.com and start placing your bids. All bidding takes place online, even during live events. Proxy bids can be set with a maximum amount and are an easy way to bid without having to keep checking your items. With a proxy bid, any time someone bids on your chosen item it will automatically put you as the highest bidder until your maximum amount is reached. You can also set up alerts to let you know if and when you’ve been outbid if you wish to increase your bid.
